Refunds

We do our best to provide quality leads. Each request for a refund will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
No Refunds will ever be considered beyond 21 days from the date of delivery.
Leads are guaranteed as listed on each purchase page. If the leads do not meet the guarantee then you may submit each lead via this form.
There are no cash refunds only lead replacement.
Any customers requesting a refund prior to the order being filled will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Recurring Orders

All recurring orders must have the original purchase and one consecutive purchase after the original. All cancellation must be 6 days prior to your next billing date. You may cancel here.

Terms of Service

Pursuant to this Agreement, BuyLeadsforless.com of 22715 Sherman Way, West Hills,Ca and its "Clients" shall agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by BuyLeadsforless.com is final and binding.

2.) BuyLeadsforless.com is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client's database. A person may signup for similar offers at different website's and at different times.

3.) BuyLeadsforless.com will supply a client with 5% additional leads* to cover for possible invalid and duplicate leads. Under no circumstances can a client demand any additional compensation/refund for duplicate leads. However, if invalid telephone numbers and invalid email addresses exceed 5% of the order quantity, then BuyLeadsforless.com will replace the invalid leads. After this replacement, BuyLeadsforless.com will not be liable for any further replacements.
*No overage/extra leads are provided on sale orders.

4.) BuyLeadsforless.com will make every effort to fulfill an order within 4 business days after order placement. However, BuyLeadsforless.com may take up to 15 business days to completely fulfill an order.

5.) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

6.) BuyLeadsforless.com sell prospect lists only. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you can not charge back citing dissatisfaction with quality or service.

7.) Unpaid orders are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge and the Client is also liable to pay any and all legal/attorney fees which was required to recover the payment.

8.) The relationship between BuyLeadsforless.com and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and the federal courts situated in the State of California in connection with any action arising between the parties.

10.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect. Please DO NOT place your order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.

11.) BuyLeadsforless.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

12.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.

Contest Rules

We reserve the right to change the contest rules at any time. We will normally give notice of a change in the rules. If you are chosen and do not respond to emails or phone calls within 10 days we reserve the right to pick a new winner. All lead orders will automatically be added to the contest.

Privacy

All of your information is private and will remain so. You may receive emails regarding other related sites that we also own.
