Let me explain more about our process:
First, we market in many different ways---regardless of which
avenue a lead comes through (banner, pay-per-click, marketing
partnership, etc) the avenue is always the same once they click
on
"I am interested in owning my own business".
They are brought to a landing page where they are asked the same
3 questions:
What industry are you interested in owning a business?
What state would you like to operate this business?
How much are you willing and able to invest in this business?
Once the individual answers these questions, only Biz Opps that
meet the qualifying criteria will show up on the next page. Your
business description with landing page is available for them to
read more about your business along with any others that match
their qualifications. Only if they select your business specifically
and fill out their contact information requesting more information
does it become a lead. We do not sell these leads to anyone else.
In fact, our typical applicant only requests information from
two Biz Opps and we actually limit them to five, so that they
are not diluted.
Now, we do partner with many different job boards and application
softwares utilizing opt in questions such as this:
Often we have found that individuals seeking a job are interested
in starting their own business. Do you have any interest in exploring
opportunities to start your own business?
Yes, I am interested in exploring business opportunities.
( ) No, I do not think I am qualified to start my own business
at this time
At no time is the opt in question ever pre-populated. So, the
prospect would have to click YES to move forward.
Moving along, if the prospect opts in, it then takes them to
the landing pages, where we say:
Thank you for taking the time to explore possible business ownership
opportunities. Please complete the following questions so we can
provide you with business opportunities that meet your criteria.
Then, they see the 3 qualifying questions:
What industry are you interested in owning a business?
What state would you like to operate this business?
How much are you willing and able to invest in this business?
Once the businesses populate, the prospect has an opportunity
to read about each one. They are all clearly being offered as
an ownership opportunity.
Finally, if a prospect chooses a business to request information
from, before we will allow the lead to be generated, the prospect
must opt in once again to the following:
( ) I understand that a representative from the Biz Opp I selected
will be contacting me about a business opportunity.
( ) I do not want information about business opportunities, please
cancel my inquiry.
If they do not acknowledge this, then the lead is not generated.
With this said, we also have an EXIT option if the prospect should
decide they are not interested in any of the businesses listed
as well!
As you can see, we work hard to generate a strong, quality lead
as well as an informed lead.
